Hilton creates director role for resorts division
Helen Boswell has joined Hilton International in the newly-created position of director of resorts.
Based in London, she will oversee the development of Hilton Worldwide Resorts, which is due to grow from 59 resorts to 75 in 2008.
Boswell’s role will be to target customers via industry partners, create new resort products and co-ordinate the strategy to the global area operations, sales and marketing teams.
Previously senior account manager at creative agency Campaign Works, she worked on Hilton accounts for five years, project managed the second Hilton Worldwide Resorts brochure and over saw the distribution, working closely with Hilton’s director of new products development and resorts, Philippa Gould.
“Helen has a good understanding and experience of the brand and a perception and knowledge of the product that is invaluable to her new role,” said Gould.
