Hong Kong cruises kick started with first homeported ship
Hong Kong cruises are back with the first homeported ship for over a year.
Resorts World Cruises’ ship Resorts World One is based at HK’s Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.
Resorts World Cruises is the new brand established from the defunct Genting Hong Kong business.
It departed on its inaugural Hong Kong cruise at the weekend.
It will offer short cruises to nowhere until the end of this month.
From April it will make port calls in Taiwan.
Additionally, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal will welcome about 150 port calls from over a dozen different cruise lines this year.
These include Fred Olsen and MSC Cruises.
