Iberia NDC content live on Sabre
Sabre Corporation has rolled out Iberia’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) content into its global distribution system (GDS).
Iberia’s dynamic NDC offers enable more personalised fare and flight options for corporates and Sabre connected agents to sell.
“Activating our NDC connection within Sabre’s global travel marketplace marks an important milestone in Iberia’s evolving distribution strategy,” said Celia Muñoz Espín, Commercial Strategy and Distribution Director at Iberia.
The integration reinforces Sabre’s and Iberia’s travel retailing and distribution commitments.
It enables agencies and corporations to more seamlessly shop, book and service NDC offers alongside other fare content within Sabre’s travel marketplace.
The NDC approach gives broader access to content while integrating into agency workflows.
This is a scalable distribution model that balances cost efficiency with access to rich content, the companies say.
“We are delighted to welcome Iberia to the growing list of airlines activating NDC through Sabre,” said Kathy Morgan, SVP of Product Management – Distribution Experience, Sabre Travel Solutions.
“We are wholly focused on making NDC work at scale – integrating it seamlessly into agency workflows so that airlines can distribute richer, more personalised offers.”
