IHG’s Voco brand expands to Vietnam
IHG’s upscale voco hotel brand will arrive in Vietnam next year, marking its Southeast Asia debut.
IHG inked a partnership with Tuyet Lien Son Co Ltd for the 290-room hotel which is nearing completion in Danang.
The voco Ma Belle Danang is set to welcome guests in 2021 and features a rooftop bar, all-day dining, and meeting facilities with views of the coastline.
It also has a gym and spa.
"We felt this was the perfect time to introduce a youthful and playful brand into the market. We are confident that voco will continue to expand to other locations as a core upscale offer of IHG Hotels & Resorts," said Serena Lim, Vice President, Development for IHG, South East Asia & Korea.
IHG launched voco in 2018 and now has more than 35 properties open or in the development pipeline.
These include Australia, the UK, UAE and China, with new openings planned in Thailand, South Africa, Germany and France.
