IndiGo to launch Phuket, Maldives flights
Low-cost carrier IndiGo has announced two more international routes to top holiday destinations.
India’s largest carrier by market share will launch service to Phuket from Delhi starting in November.
It will fly six times a week to the Thai island hotspot.
IndiGo is also linking the Maldives with three India markets.
It will open routes to Male from Kochi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, operating daily, five times a week and twice weekly respectively.
We are pleased to announce Male and Phuket as our 13th and 14th international destination effective November. The new flights are designed to cater to business and leisure travellers from these cities, who are constantly on the lookout for new and affordable flying options," IndiGo chief commercial officer William Boulter said.
The airline is touting special introductory fares for the new flights starting at INR5,799.
