Indonesian OTA NusaTrip acquired by Vietnam tech firm
Vietnam-based firm Society Pass has acquired Indonesian OTA NusaTrip for an undisclosed sum.
NusaTrip was founded nearly a decade ago, offering flight and hotel bookings. It was the first OTA accredited by the International Air Transport Association.
Society Pass says it plans to expand NusaTrip’s services to additional Southeast Asian countries. Society Pass offers loyalty and e-commerce services. The Nasdaq listed company has acquired several e-commerce businesses across Southeast Asia in Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.
