Intadirect out of business
Essex-based Intadirect Limited has ceased trading.
Intadirect traded as Travel Centre and Book-n-Go selling scheduled package holidays and cruises to the Caribbean and US.
The company was ATOL bonded, so all customers currently on holiday will be flown home as planned. Customers booked on schedule flights who have received their tickets, will also be able to use those tickets.
If customers have scheduled air tickets and have accommodation bookings, they may need to pay again, but can claim a refund from the CAA on their return.
Customers that have bookings and have not received tickets will be able to claim a refund from the CAA.
