An instant online customer services contact system has been introduced by Travel Extras.
The Luton-based company as developed the Live Chat system to allow consumers to activate a real time contact with the firm’s customer services staff without the need to use the telephone.
The new system is a text-based live feed designed to improve the company’s service to customers.
E-commerce manager Dr Nicholas Bussard claimed that Travel Axtras was the first online travel group to offer this kind of innovation.
He said: “We are committed to dedicated service, ensuring our customers are catered for through a speedy adn efficient system.”
