We feel your pain, so we’ve arranged for yoga and Pilates instructor Jenny from Free Spirited to give you all a free live mini yoga session at midday on Thursday.
Jenny has been teaching group exercise and yoga for more than 20 years and her classes combine yoga, Pilates and functional movement to lengthen and strengthen the whole body, and to calm the mind.
