Kingfisher joins oneworld
Indian airline Kingfisher is to join oneworld next year as part of plans to strengthen its Asian arm.
British, Airways which began codesharing with the carrier last year, is sponsoring the membership which will see Kingfisher join in February 2012.
Kingfisher will be the first airline from the Indian subcontinent to join the airline alliance and will add 40 Indian destinations to the oneworld network.
