Kuoni makes African purchase
Kuoni is expanding its presence in Namibia with the purchase of Royal Tours.
The acquisition is scheduled for completion at the beginning of 2012 pending approval from the competition authorities.
Kuoni will take on its four employees and the company’s former owner will continue to manage Royal Tours’ operations.
She will also take over management of Private Safaris Namibia, which handles Kuoni’s existing activities in Namibia.
Royal Tours specializes in all types of holiday and travel services within Namibia.
Its most important client markets are Germany and Belgium.
