Due to launch in May, it will offer three levels of training – for new recruits, refresher training for agents, and senior management training.
~
New recruits will receive training on sales techniques, customer service, how to use the trade press effectively and will have the option of going into a live retail environment over the course of the two to three-day seminar.
Refresher training is a one-day training course for established staff members, with training on products, systems, customer service, and marketing.
Senior management training will cover topics such as cash flow, management information, investment, HR, compliance and public relations.

"We knew that our new training proposition would be popular with members, but we have been blown away by the speed in which they have been taken up," said chief operating officer Lisa Henning.
"All places for the senior management training and new recruit training are now full and only a few places remain for the refresher training."
