LATAM dives into TikTok marketing
LATAM Airlines hopes to connect with a new generation of customers via video sharing platform TikTok.
The @latamairlines profile is now live on TikTok.
"LATAM operates in countries with different cultures, with communication always trilingual in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Our intention is that our communication on TikTok is universal and without barriers, reaching everyone in a simple and empathetic way," said Alexandra Vila, Global Senior Manager of Brand Strategy and Communication.
LATAM plans to post videos related to tourism, places of interest, aviation, ‘AvGeek’ culture, as well as videos of the brand’s crew and customers.
"We will show a more dynamic side of LATAM, with a more playful component and involving passengers even more with positive messages," Vila added.
South America’s largest airline group and Delta Air Lines partner LATAM has millions of followers on the three big social media channels FB, Instagram and Twitter.
