Lonsdale Travel rebrands as Capita Business Travel
Specialist business travel management company Lonsdale Travel has been rebranded as Capita Business Travel following its takeover 15 months ago.
Capita Business Travel’s clients include Alliance & Leicester, Burberry, Debenhams, Egg, John Lewis, Legal & General, Network Rail, The Passport Office, Royal Mail and Toyota GB.
Lonsdale has adopted the name of its business support services company owner which recently expanded its travel interests with the acquisition of Harry Weeks Travel.
The TMC’s managing director Simone Buckley has appointed additional new members to the management team to head the company’s customer and supplier management, sales and marketing teams.
She said: “With access to all of the Capita Group’s resources, we’re going to be driving down business costs in the whole travel and expense process. Using best in class technology and process reengineering practices Capita Business Travel is able to provide customers with a flexible business travel proposition no matter what size the company.”
