Tiger Airways have announced that Australians have embraced Australia’s 1st true low fare airline, Tiger Airways, with all its celebratory fares sold with astonishing speed.

Tony Davis CEO of Tiger Airway’s said “We are absolutely delighted by the response we have had to the arrival of our first plane on Sunday.” “We knew that Australia has been starved of competition but even we are surprised by the amazing appetite Australian’s have for the real deal when it comes to flying.”

Tiger Airways sold over 11,500 celebratory tickets at $14.95 and $24.95 on Monday and Tuesday to celebrate the arrival of its first aircraft in Melbourne.

Tony Davis said “Tiger Airways is committed to increasing the numbers of Australians who can afford to fly.” “While the celebratory fares maybe gone for the moment Australians can still snap up cheap fares on Tiger’s website.”

Tony Davis added, “We will be offering more low low fares in the future.” “To make sure you don’t miss out next time be the first to find out about our next low fare by signing up to our real deals newsletter at http://www.tigerairways.com.au/

“Tiger’s competitors stuck their heads in the sand when the first plane landed on Sunday and I was surprised to see a lack of response from them”. “Australia is watching this very closely and they can see that our competitors’ airfares are too high” Tony Davis said.
