Conde Nast Traveler has named Luxury Retreats villa specialist Peter Cheasley among the top 49 villa rental agents in the world for 2009, in a list published in the magazine’s June issue.
Cheasley is noted as an expert on rentals in Palm Springs, California, a destination that he has specialized in during his 4 years as a luxury villa agent with Luxury Retreats (www.luxuryretreats.com). The magazine ranks Cheasley with some of the most respected names in the industry.

"We’re really excited for Peter and what he’s accomplished," said Ben Tuff, Luxury Retreats’ Director of Sales. "We also take it as a great sign of success in our villa specialist training programs."

The list of the world’s top villa rental agents is announced annually by Conde Nast Traveler in a feature entitled "Wendy’s Rolodex," a guide vetted by the magazine’s discerning expert and author of The Perrin Report, Wendy Perrin.

"Wendy is considered a tough person to impress in the travel industry, so it’s an honor to have been recognized by her, especially alongside such a great group of people," said Cheasley.
Palm Springs is a select destination for Luxury Retreats, which offers 28 private villas in the region ranging from USD$395 to $2,500 per night. Cheasley has visited each property and is able to counsel potential guests on the pros and cons of the villas. He is also a specialist in one of Palm Springs’ greatest tourist draws – golf – having played many of the best local courses himself.

Luxury Retreats is one of the world’s largest specialists in luxury villa rentals, offering almost 2,000 elite properties in over 70 worldwide destinations.
