Our client is established online company in Asia Pacific. They are looking for an experience CRM individual to be part of the dynamic team.

Main Purpose:

Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of CRM programs that includes customer acquisition, cross sell and retention campaigns.  Work with individual country markets and different departments to execute CRM plans to meet ROI objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop overall CRM plans for the company to be executed jointly by regional team as well as individual country markets to meet ROI objectives
  • Direct analysis to understand customer behavior and develop meaningful and actionable segmentation schemes
  • Work with country markets to develop customer acquisition and high value customer reward programs on a periodic basis
  • Plan and implement cross sell campaigns to promote multiple travel products
  • Drive ad hoc marketing projects (website personalization, customer reward campaigns, inactive customer campaigns etc)
  • Manage the marketing aspects of the e-mail delivery and campaign management tool
  • · Promote global cooperation, collaboration and partnerships between individuals and groups across the group of companies 

Requirements:

  • MBA or Masters Degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years experience with at least 5 years in a CRM / direct marketing role.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Knowledge of using analytical tools like SPSS Access and Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be detail-oriented and aptly able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Travel industry experience preferred.
  •  Ability to handle multiple projects, delegate work and provide leadership.
  • Committed to and actively work towards continuous improvement, personal leadership, and meeting or exceeding goals.
