The client owns a successful travel agency and is now expanding and is soon to open a brand new and modern agency. You will be required to train a small team of travel consultants and ensure the smooth running of the agency.
Agency paperwork & financial & administrative duties are the responsibility of the owners so your main role is to create the agency culture, build rapport with clients & work towards building a successful agency & a motivated & dynamic team environment.
If you have leadership, team leader or management skills in the travel industry and are familiar with products, services, clients, have consulting experience, CRS skills and the ability to train, motivate and encourage a team then this is the role for you.
