Monarch adds 135,000 extra summer seats

Monarch is adding over 135,000 extra seats to its summer scheduled programme, claiming high demand.

The airline said bookings for summer are already up 27% compared with the same time last year and demand from customers is still increasing.

Additional flights for summer 2011 from 27 May include:
– Luton – Gibraltar – an extra four flights per week
– Luton – Alicante – an extra two flights per week
– Luton – Malaga – an extra two flights per week
– Luton – Majorca – an extra two flights per week
– Luton – Dalaman – an extra two flights per week
– Luton – Bodrum – one extra flight per week
– Luton – Faro – one extra flight per week
– Manchester – Larnaca – one extra flight per week

An additional 16,000 seats will also be available from Gatwick to Alicante, Faro, Lanzarote, Larnaca, Majorca and Malaga.
