Monarch promises better customer service at Birmingham
Monarch is promising improved customer service at Birmingham Airport after agreeing a new contract with ground handler Aviator.
The airline said it had reached an improved service level agreement to deliver ‘tangible improvement’ in service delivery.
Aviator already provides ground handling services for 12 airlines at Birmingham, including Monarch.
Monarch Airlines chief operations officer Nils Christy said: "This change to Monarch’s operations at Birmingham airport represents our on-going commitment to customer service.
"We understand that ground handling has an important impact on our customers’ experiences and we are mindful that high service levels need to come as standard across Monarch – which includes any interactions our customers may have with third party suppliers."
