SYDNEY – Complete Cruise Solution has simplified its contact details to allow travel agents to use one central phone number – 1300 363 706 – for all their cruise needs.
Complete Cruise Solution director of sales Don Clark said the new phone number would replace all existing numbers for Complete Cruise Solution, including the old Inside Sales number, from April 12, 2010.
“In addition, we have consolidated our travel agent helpdesk with our telephone sales and service team, so that agents no longer have to speak to multiple departments in relation to bookings,” Clark said.
“All staff have the necessary tools and training to manage any booking, so agents will now have a single contact point for their queries.”
Clark added, “With consumer interest in cruising growing rapidly, we want to make sure we make it easier than ever for agents to sell cruise holidays by giving them support through a one-stop shop."
