Motto by Hilton to make US debut in Atlanta
Hilton has chosen the first US location for its newest lifestyle brand Motto.
A new hotel will rise in the Old Fourth Ward district of Atlanta in collaboration with Lucror Resources and Sixty West Funds.
Motto by Hilton Atlanta Old Fourth Ward forms part of Waldo’s, a mixed-use development which includes residential, commercial and F&B space.
The micro-hotel concept will feature 125 rooms which offer mobile device enabled controllable features such as temperature, lighting, TV, and window coverings.
Amenities planned include The Commons, a multi-use lobby space for work and play which includes a bar.
"The Old Fourth Ward is rooted in culture and history and is an exciting market to introduce Motto by Hilton," said Tripp McLaughlin, Motto’s global brand head.
Hirsch Bender & Associates have been appointed to design hotel interiors.
Motto by Hilton Atlanta Old Fourth Ward is expected to open in 2021.
