Mr & Mrs Smith founder to speak at Tourism Symposium
One of the founders of travel firm Mr & Mrs Smith will join a panel of speakers at the Tourism Symposium next month.
Entrepreneur James Lohan MBE started the company with his partner Tamara Heber-Percy in 2003 and has led it from a bestselling guidebook publisher to a world renowned and respected boutique travel specialist.
Joining James Lohan on the panel will be Chairman of Fenwicks, Hugo Fenwick and Wendy Spinks of HS1. Sally Balcombe, CEO of VisitBritain will chair the session.
Tourism Society chairman and chief executive of Visit Kent, Sandra Matthews-Marsh MBE said: "Customer service and quality is key for the tourism sector and James Lohan has demonstrated the importance of delivering what customers want."
Tickets to the two-day Symposium in Kent on June 1 and 2 are now available.
