New board members for Advantage

Advantage Travel Centres has elected three new members to its board to replace those who will retire this year.

 

Willie Stewart of Stewart Travel, Jackie Steadman of Traveltime World and Tim Brookes-Parry of Apex Travel replace Steven Freudmann, Majestic Travel, Bryony Hordern, Tickets Anywhere and Steve Campion, Holiday Discount Centre.

 

Roderick Thompson of Regent Travel has been elected chairman of the board and Willie Stewart steps into the role of deputy chair.

 

Phil Cornelius, Ryedale Travel, Doreen Duncan of Travel Alliance and Nick Marks of Baldwins Travel continue as board directors.

 

“Once again we have a strong and experienced group of board members who will take Advantage forward over the next two years,” said chief executive John McEwan.

 

 â€œWe are sorry to see Steven, Bryony and Steve go and are grateful to them for their excellent contribution and support.”
