Industry advisers Horwath HTL and lawyers Blake Dawson, supported by data providers STR Global and the Accommodation Association of Australia, have joined forces to launch a new industry event for hotel, resort and serviced apartment executives

Next month’s inaugural Hexco conference will be held in Melbourne on October 26 and comprises three presentation modules:

Hexco Live Data will provide up-to-date insight on occupancy and room rate data for Melbourne’s accommodation sectors from STR Global.

Hexco Live Outlook will provide insight from a panel of leading hoteliers and consultants on local and national performance trends and future operating drivers.

Hexco Live Alert will comprise alerts on emerging issues in key areas of operations and ownership.

This will be the first in a series of half-day events to help accommodation executives stay better informed on local performance issues.
