New travel agent services at Classic Custom
Classic Custom Vacations announced a series of enhanced customer service benefits designed to help agents plan and tailor vacations. They include: —Customer service representatives are now available 24 hours a day every day. —An expanded agent call center service with longer hours including 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays; 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays. —The assignment of dedicated sales and customer service specialists to handle detailed inquiries relevant to specific destinations. Classic says these specialists all have extensive booking experience and can provide quick, accurate answers. Classic also says it will soon offer electronic payment of hotel merchant and travel agency commissions. Agents can sign up for this service by sending a request to classic [email protected].
