Newmarket Holidays adds extra dates to Egypt tour
Newmarket Holidayshas added more dates for its 11-day “Cairo, Luxor and Nile Cruise” tour after an increase of over 300% in bookings in the last twelve weeks compared to 2019.
Forward bookings for 2023 for the popular Egyptian tour have also already exceeded those for 2019 and it is predicting bumper sales for the year ahead.
Starting in Cairo, with included excursions to the Great Pyramids and Cairo’s Egyptian Museum, the escorted tour continues on to Luxor where guests board a traditional river cruise along the River Nile.
Head of Long Haul, Kathy Vigolo said: “We believe that this incredible increase in bookings and interest arises from a long period of pent-up demand for the destination.”
The 11-day “Cairo, Luxor and Nile Cruise” escorted tour includes thee nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation at the five-star Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel; even nights’ full board accommodation aboard a Nile River Cruise vessel; return flights to Cairo; internal flights; coach travel and transfers.
Customers also have the option to enhance their itinerary with an optional excursion to the Great Pyramids at night for the Sound and Light show as well as optional visits to Alexandria and Abu Simbel.
