Norwegian Air launching Paris flights from Denver
Direct flights to Paris are set to take off from the Mile High City.
Budget carrier Norwegian Air will begin flying to the French capital from Denver, starting in April 9, 2018.
It is Denver’s first ever nonstop flight to Paris and will operate on Monday and Fridays.
It comes in addition to the recently announced upcoming flights to London from DIA.
Lead-in fares on the Paris route start at $229 one way.
"Paris is a global center of commerce and culture, and we couldn’t be more excited that Norwegian will be offering nonstop flights from Denver beginning next spring," said Denver Mayor Michael Hancock.
"This addition to DIA’s growing air service network further elevates Denver’s position as a global city."
