Offering a wide range of product from the blue seas of the Greek isles to the golden sands of Egypt and the emerald hills of Ireland, Globus says that their new Europe and Britain 2007 brochure is packed with scores of tempting escorted tours and optional extensions, offering more than 100 exciting ways to experience the best of Europe and Britain.

The brochure also features a range of new holiday offerings including an 11-day tour through France’s seductive Bordeaux wine region, a 14-day holiday discovering Austria, Croatia and Hungary, and new cruise-tour packages that combine inspiring Globus’ land holidays with relaxing Princess Cruises’ voyages.

Globus says that its standing as Europe’s largest and most experienced escorted tour operator means its holidays feature a raft of special inclusions – from private boat rides through beautiful Venice to tickets to the mesmerizing Edinburgh Military Tattoo. All tours spanning the UK and Europe also offer Eurostar high-speed train transfers between London and Paris or Brussels, so that travellers spend less time in transit and more time enjoying their destination.

To mark the launch of the new program, Globus is offering an early bird booking incentive for travellers, with savings of up to $550* per couple off the combined land and air price for bookings made by December 31, 2006.

Globus National Marketing Manager Fiona Watson said the company’s latest Europe and Britain brochure was designed to enable travellers to enjoy the best of the regions adding, “With a Globus tour, all the travel and accommodation arrangements are taken care of. Our customers can relax and discover the beauty and culture of their destination with the help of our expert tour guides, while still enjoying plenty of free time.”

Ms Watson said the new program reflected growing interest in eastern and central European destinations such as Croatia, as well as increased demand for holidays on land and at sea.

Brochure tour options include:

A 17 day “Under the Tuscan Sun” tour and cruise package, combining a Globus land tour from beautiful Milan to Venice with a spectacular Princess Cruises voyage through the Mediterranean visiting Athens, Kusadasi, Istanbul, Mykanos, Naples, Capri, Marseille and Barcelona.  Fares are priced from $5651 per person twin share.
