Onefinestay rolls out Australia portfolio
Luxury private rental brand onefinestay has launched in the Australia market with the addition of luxury homes in Sydney, Melbourne and Noosa.
The AccorHotels-owned brand will also roll out in New Zealand in June.
It includes beachfront homes in Sydney’s eastern suburbs along with city apartments and Victorian terrace homes in Melbourne.
It marks the first major expansion for onefinestay in Asia Pacific.
From June, 30 private rentals in in Auckland, Queenstown and Wanaka in New Zealand come online.
"These locations also expand our global footprint by a great margin, and allow us to offer new and incredible experiences to our guests," said Javier Cedillo-Espin, CEO of onefinestay.
To support the expansion onefinestay has hired two experienced travel professionals.
Sydney based Vara Glover and Daniel Holwerda in Auckland join as portfolio specialists for Australia and New Zealand.
In addition Anjela Wong joins as regional business development for sales in Singapore to assist the Asia Pacific team.
The company’s portfolio now numbers more than 10,000 homes across 200 destinations.
