OneLink4 consolidates in US
OneLink4Travel is relocating its finance and administration functions from the UK to San Francisco.
The internet-based travel distribution and settlement service provider also announced the appointment of Alan K. Geddes as chief financial officer.
“The challenges brought by the merger of a UK-based private company with a US public company in September, 2002, predestined our need to relocate our finance function, and to appoint new US-based auditors and CFO,” said Bill Guerin, chairman and CEO.
He said Onelink4Travel will be offering the world’s first integrated, internet-based distribution and financial settlement service for the international travel and tourism industry.
Onelink4Travel’s internet-based platform allow suppliers of non air-travel – such as car rental, hotels, cruise lines and tour operators – to market their services more cost effectively.
