ONYX checking into Laos with three new hotels

ONYX Hospitality Group is moving into the Laos market after striking management agreements for three Amari Hotels.
 
ONYX signed a partnership with Tang Charoen Group Co and will launch the first hotel in Vang Vieng next year.
 
Hotels in Vientiane and Pakse are set to open in 2020.
 
"Laos is emerging as one of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing destinations. We are excited to enter this market with not one but three Amari properties as part of our continuing regional expansion plans. We look forward to a successful collaboration with Tang Charoen Group to bring Amari to life in this market," said Peter Henley, president and CEO of ONYX Hospitality Group.
 
Each property will feature Amari signature amenities Amaya Food Gallery and Breeze Spa.
