Outdoor showers in vogue for 2013
Outdoor private showers are one of the trends expected on cruise lines in 2013 as operators look to offer passengers something extra.
All-inclusive is also growing in popularity where flights and shore excursions are also included as well as cruises integrating more ports, according to CruiseTrends 2012 Annual Report published by CruiseCompete.
The demand for river cruises is also swelling with fourteen new ships for 2013.
And families have become key to filling cruise ships with cruise lines raising the bar to meet expectations. These include enhanced shore excursions and accommodation.
Onboard entertainment partnerships are also becoming more creative with Crystal Cruises partnering the Magic Castle, P&O’s Strictly Come Dancing Cruises and Cunard’s partnership with the Royal Opera House and ReadD.
