Ownership change at All of America
Accommodation-only specialist All of America has come under the sole ownership of managing director Andy Mitchell.
This follows a share buy out and the resignation of fellow director Don Troeger.
Mr Mitchell described the parting as “amicable” as Mr Troeger had decided to pursue other areas within the industry.
Mr Mitchell added that All of America had made a profit in its first year of trading, “a fantastic performance for a start-up company in the travel industry”.
The company is to add 1,000 hotels to its web-based booking system which was launched in July targeting independent agents. The site will also feature new tours, excursions, transfers and car hire as All of America aims to double sales in 2005.
