Plan your next meeting or conference
Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand has launched a new website designed specifically for the meetings, incentives and convention and exhibitions industry: www.meetingsnz.co.nz.
This new website is focused on the conferences and meetings market, with user-friendly search options for all Millennium’s 31 New Zealand properties, all at the click of a mouse.
National Director of Sales, Conferences & Incentives, Alison Smith, says the purpose-built website is a key part of the Millennium team’s service. “We are very pleased to be able to deliver a very practical and effective tool for local and international meeting organisers, with online conference packs, instant information and booking access,” she said.
The new website has a venue finder that enables meeting organisers to look at the various aspects of each venue and allows users to search the different destinations throughout New Zealand and find specific hotels to suit their needs. The feedback to date has been exceptionally positive with many clients already using the ‘Plan a Meeting’ option to request specific bookings, saving valuable time and effort.
“Our website consolidates all of our New Zealand properties into one easy to access online package. It is an integral part of the services our hotels provide,” she said.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts have 31 Millennium, Copthorne and Kingsgate hotels across New Zealand offering superb meeting options in New Zealand’s key cities and most popular visitor destinations.
