P&O and Cunard extend call centre hours
P&O Cruises and Cunard is extending its UK call centre opening hours to support travel agents for key selling dates.
Based on high demand and following agent feedback, the UK support centre will be open from 8am until 7pm on the following dates:
· March 13 for Cunard 175th anniversary launch general on sale date
· March 27 for P&O Cruises Britannia launch general on sale date
· April 7 for P&O Cruises 2015 programme launch on sale date
· April 8 for Cunard 2015 programme launch general on sale date
· April 9, 10, 11 for additional assistance with P&O Cruises and Cunard 2015 programme launch
Sales and distribution support director Chris Truscott said: "We said we would continually develop the support for our agent partners and by extending our UK based call centre opening hours at this crucially busy time, we’re doing just that."
Cunard Line will celebrate the 175th anniversary of the departure of its first ship in 2015 with a host of special cruises and events.
Celebrations will start in Southampton on 3 May 2015 before the first-ever three Queens meeting in Liverpool on 25 May 2015 and the Cunard flagship, Queen Mary 2, will sail from Liverpool on 4 July 2015.
