Ponant’s Le Laperouse starts Australia cruises
PONANT ship Le Lapérouse arrived in Sydney Harbour ahead of a series of Australia cruises and beyond.
Le Lapérouse returned down under after a gap of three years.
PONANT kick started the 2023 season with a new 8-day expedition from Sydney to Hobart.
Following this, she will round out the year on a 11-day ‘Food, Wine and Yacht Race in Tasmania’ itinerary .
PONANT’s Le Lapérouse is a modern small expedition ship offering a balcony or private deck area for all accommodation.
The vessel’s Australia cruises include the epic landscapes of the Kimberley, on Broome to Darwin sailings between April and October 2023.
Le Lapérouse also sails from Darwin on a 12-day tropical expedition to Bali, visiting West Papua; Maluku and Flores.
Other itineraries include Queensland’s Islands and Reefs and New Zealand’s South Island & Chatham Island.
