Practical prizes offered in Shine Awards

Learning and development opportunities will replace trophies as prizes in the 2010 Shine Awards.
A range of awards have been offered to help winners with their jobs and careers.
They include:
- A three day ‘Influencing and Leadership Impact ‘ executive development programme offered by Henley Business School
- A three day ‘Women as leaders ’ programme offered by Cranfield School of Management
- A two day ‘Manager’s toolkit’ course offered by Bradford Business School, with topics ranging from strategic thinking and managing innovation, to leading and building a team, marketing and finance
- A business management programme offered by London Metropolitan Business School (LMBS)
- A two day ‘Digital Marketing Essentials’ tuition course offered by Capela Travel Training leading to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification including the award assessment fee as well as one year membership fee
- Business support and promotion offered by Business Link London
Additional prizes include:
- Affiliate memberships to the Institute of Hospitality
- A one year membership of the newly launched Travel Club
- Attendance to industry conferences, including The Summer Eventia 2010 for events and meetings professionals
- Coaching and mentoring opportunities.
