Qantas appoints new chief customer officer
Qantas has named Stephanie Tully as new chief customer officer.
It is a promotion for Qantas veteran Tully who replaced Vanessa Hudson.
Hudson was appointed chief financial officer earlier this year.
Tully has been at Qantas for 15 years in a variety of roles in operations, commercial, customer experience, marketing and loyalty.
She was most recently executive manager of group brand and marketing.
The new position takes immediate effect.
"We’re making some big investments in marketing, digital, service and product – including the A380 cabin upgrade, new lounges, new aircraft and training for our people. Part of Stephanie’s focus is making sure these investments deliver for customers as well as the Group," said Qantas Group CEO Alan Joyce.
Tully reports directly to Joyce and joins the group leadership team.
