Radisson Hotel Group names Americas COO
Radisson Hotel Group has named Aly El-Bassuni as chief operating officer for the Americas.
El-Bassuni stepped into the newly created role after being promoted from SVP of franchise operations for the Americas.
He will retain responsibility for franchise operations, owner relations, guest experience, and security functions across all Radisson brands in the region.
He continues to report to Ken Greene, Radisson’s president of the Americas.
"In this new role, Aly’s team will help position our Americas portfolio for long-term success as they achieve the goals outlined in our five-year plan initiatives," Greene said.
