Riviera Travel orders two more river ships
Riviera Travel has inked deals for two more Radiance class river ships.
These ships are set to be delivered in 2027 and 2028.
It announced the news hips as the Riviera Radiance had its naming ceremony in Budapest.
“They will likely sail on a combination of the Rhine, Danube and the Moselle, but this has not yet been confirmed,” Product Director Will Sarson said of the new ships.
The new additions will take the Riviera fleet to 16.
“We are becoming a really sizeable operation,” said CEO Phil Hullah.
Riviera Radiance started sailing earlier this summer after a short construction dealy.
The christening of Radiance was attended by several UK and Irish travel agent partners.
