Royal Caribbean’s 2019 ex-UK cruises on general sale
Royal Caribbean has announced that the family-friendly Independence of the Seas will continue to sail out of Southampton in 2019 following her return to the UK this May following a multi-million pound makeover.
The cruise line’s ex-UK sailings went on sale to Crown and Anchor members yesterday and to the general public today.
New features on the ship include Sky Pad, a virtual reality bungee trampoline experience, interactive waterpark Splashaway Bay, the Puzzle Break Escape Room and a Laser Tag arena.
Independence of the Seas will sail to Ibiza in August and September for the first time in four years.
Explorer of the Seas will also return to the UK in 2019, replacing Navigator of the Seas.
