Ryanair launches three-day promotion

Ryanair has launched a three-day promotion to try to boost membership of its ‘My Ryanair’ programme.

Those who sign up by midnight on September 9 will be eligible for a £10 flight voucher – but there’s a catch.

Customers will only receive the voucher after they’ve already booked one flight as a My Ryanair member.

They must book a flight before September 21 to qualify for a £10 discount off a subsequent flight, and both flights must be completed by January 31.

My Ryanair allows customers to create personal profiles, store payment and passport details and set travel preferences.

The airline said it was also planning special discounts and offers and exclusive early access to flash sales for My Ryanair members.

Ryanair head of marketing Kenny Jacobs said: "More than 11 million customers have already signed up to My Ryanair and are enjoying faster bookings and check-ins, and a personalised Ryanair experience.

"As part of our ‘Sign Up & Save’ promotion, all new members who join My Ryanair and book a flight will receive a £10 discount off their next Ryanair flight booking."
