The enhancements bring even greater convenience and efficiency for travel consultant and their clients, according to Richard Thame, head of sales and marketing at Sabre Pacific, adding, “Sabre Virtually There enables consultants to illustrate that they are Net-savvy while saving clients, and themselves time”.
The latest release of Sabre Virtually There makes is even easier for travellers to access their itineraries and other valuable travel information at anytime, day or night, through online and mobile devices with no faxing or mailing of travel itineraries is required.

** Access to e-Invoices and e-Tickets;
** Ability to download their itinerary to their calendar;
** Ability to email itinerary to anyone your traveller wants; and
** Access to weather forecasts and driving maps;
Some of the new enhancements include:
** Improved overall navigation through new drop down menus;
** Streamlined content which has been reorganized for user convenience;
** Customisable itinerary view which allows flight segment details to be collapsed or expanded;
** Consolidated ‘Mobile Services’ page for ‘wireless’ clients; and
** New ‘Travel Resources’ page full of relevant content such as maps, weather, travel alerts and passport/visa information.
“The enhancements also provide stronger branding opportunities for our travel agency partners with their customers,” Thame said.
