RCL Cruises Ltd has made four promotions within its UK and Ireland sales team following the appointment of Nicki Tempest-Mitchell as head of trade sales last month.
From 1 November Stephen Williams joins as head of sales for Royal Caribbean International. He was previously responsible for Royal Caribbean’s major accounts in London and the South East. In his new remit, Williams will oversee a team of four major account managers who manage the cruise specialists.
Andrea Stafford, previously key account manager for the South West & Wales, has been promoted to field sales manager for national accounts and in her new role will oversee all key account managers across the UK and will have responsibility for the head office relationships for Consortia.
RCL Cruises Ltd continues to build its partnership with Thomas Cook and CTTG following the merger by appointing Nicki Quintana as a dedicated key account manager for CTTG. Quintana will work alongside the national account manager for Thomas Cook, Lisa Clarkson.
In addition RCL Cruises Ltd aims to further bolster sales in Ireland with the appointment of Lorraine Quinn as head of sales for Ireland.
In her new role she will continue to strengthen RCL Cruises Ltd position in the Irish market with additional focus on Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises.
Quinn will be supported by Jenny Rafter who will continue in her role as major account manager.
