Satellite Travel bookings go online

Ski flight specialist Satellite Travel’s winter programme has become available to book online.

The operator, which runs a programme of flights from Gatwick, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh to Geneva, Chambery and Salzburg, is selling via the combined technology of holiday and charter flight booking tools SABS and Topdog on travel agents’ desktop computers.

Managing director Barry Lewis said: “We have been selling ski charter flights for over 20 years. It is exciting times for us having increased our capacity for this coming ski season,agents can now more easily access our flight stock through the RedSky IT SABS technology.”

SABS managing director Brian Sheerin said: “Satellite Travel is one of a growing band of suppliers using our technology as a way of increasing their market penetration. SABS aims to offer the customer, through the agent, a full travel experience with a variety of search options including lifesytle alternatives.”
