Scoot joins Singapore Airlines’ HighFlyer SME loyalty programme
Singapore Airlines has added its low cost unit Scoot to its dedicated loyalty scheme for small- and medium-sized businesses.
With immediate effect members of SIA’s HighFlyer SME programme flying on SIA or regional carruer SilkAir journeys which include connections via Scoot are eligible for points depending on booking class and destination, the airline said.
"Scoot is excited to join the HighFlyer family. Scoot offers many products and services suitable for the business traveller, such as our premium ScootBiz cabin on our 787 Dreamliner fleet," said Scoot’s CEO, Lee Lik Hsin.
"Scoot’s inclusion will provide greater choice and connectivity to corporates in the HighFlyer programme."
HighFlyer is a corporate travel programme for small businesses with up to 30 business travel employees.
Members earn five HighFlyer points for every dollar spent on tickets that include a Scoot flight segment and booked through SIA’s corporate booking platform or a travel agent.
Points can be used for full or part payment for Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights and the points remain valid for three years.
Lufthansa and SWISS were recently announced as new partner airlines in the HighFlyer SME programme.
