SH Minerva returns to Swan Hellenic fleet
Cruise line Swan Hellenic has welcomed SH Minerva back into the fold.
Following maintenance and upgrades, the ship will sail Antarctica cruises and then Swan Hellenic’s first ever Asia Pacific season.
The ship was leased to the cruise line but has been left idle since 2022 due to Russian sanctions and a complicated bankruptcy of its owner.
Swan Hellenic eventually reacquired the SH Minerva from STLC Europe Nine Leasing Ltd.
The ship will join SH Vega and SH Diana in Ushuaia, for the 2025–2026 Antarctic winter season.
From March 2026 Minerva will sail the South Pacific, Japan, the Philippines, Raja Ampat, Indonesia and Papa New Guinea.
