Shareholders file Southwest Airlines lawsuit
A group of shareholders filed a Southwest Airlines lawsuit, claiming the airline hid problems about its scheduling system.
The system’s weakness led to a major flight cancellation meltdown for several days.
Southwest cancelled over 16,000 flights in December.
The Southwest Airlines lawsuit targets the airline, CEO, CFO, and executive chairman.
The airline tried to previously ‘downplay’ issues with the scheduling system.
It caused ‘significant losses and damages’ for shareholders, it says.

As a shareholder I don't support the lawsuit. You're rubbing salt in the wound. Yes voice the problems and complain and demand accountability and actions. But lawsuits may destroy the company as a shareholder you should be supporting.
