Singapore Airlines partners with payments platform Adeyn
Singapore Airlines has teamed up with payments platform Adeyn to help streamline digital payments
The partnership will focus on optimising the payments process for online and in-app bookings
Adyen says the collaboration will enable SIA to enjoy an increase in authorization rates, flexible fraud risk management and more comprehensive data insights.
The frictionless payment experience leverages Adyen’s direct credit card acquiring capabilities which removes the need for payments across multiple third-party platforms.
"At Adyen, we have seen that payments data can be the jet fuel that powers global expansion for airlines. Payments data remains a valuable resource for companies who seek to understand their customers better and improve revenue," said Warren Hayashi, president of Adyen, Asia-Pacific.
Adeyn offers end-to-end infrastructure which links directly to Visa, Mastercard, and other globally preferred payment methods across online, mobile, and in-store channels.
It works with a number of major travel companies including Cathay Pacific, Grab, Klook, and Uber.
